• First, you have to prove your identity with these 2 main documents: PAN Card and Aadhar Card. Without this personal ID proof, you cannot join Forever Living.

1. Retail Profit

Reference Income is the 3rd type of Income of Forever Living Products company. It is important to know the different levels before understanding this income.

The first level of FLP is known as Nova’s customer. The company offers a 15% discount to Nova’s customers but does not provide reference income.

When Nova’s customers reach the Assistant Supervisor level, also known as AS, they will be qualified for Reference Income. To reach AS level, Nova’s customer has to pay a turnover of up to 2 CC rupees in 2 months to the company.

It is mandatory to be on the label Eagle Manager or above to get a leadership bonus.

Forever Living Products Company pays bonuses to qualified managers, including leadership bonuses, depending on the percentage of the turnover of their downline.

• 6% of the total turnover goes to the direct manager.
• 3% of the total turnover of 2nd generation managers
• 1% of Total Turnover to 3rd Generation Manager.

The Leadership Bonus is given by the FLP Company to qualified managers up to the 3rd Level Generation, also known as Gem Bonus.

6. Car Plan

The third type of income paid is car planning. To get the benefit of car planning, it is mandatory to be manager level.

There are 3 different levels of this income to get the plan for each vehicle that you need to fulfill.

Car Plan level 1:

When a distributor will pay  50 ccs, 100 ccs, and 150 cc turnover to the company from downline for 3 months continuously, they will be eligible for Car Plan Level 1.

After achieving this, FLP Car Plan assigns Level 1 to the manager and as a result, the manager earns Rs 26000 per month for 3 consecutive years.

Car Plan level 2:

To get Car Plan Level 2, the manager has to pay a turnover of 75 CC, 150 CC, and 225 CC FLP from the downline for 3 consecutive months. Upon completion of this criterion, Company assigns the Level 2 of the car plan to the Manager. So, the manager earns Rs 39,000 per month for 3 consecutive years.

Car Plan level 3:

To achieve this level, the manager must provide 100 cc, 200 cc, and 300 cc turnover for 3 consecutive months from the downline in FLP. When a manager will complete this criterion, they will be able to earn Rs. 52,000 per month for 3 consecutive years.

7. Profit Sharing OR Chairman Bonus

Chairman Bonus is considered to be the biggest income of Forever Living Products. The company pays the distributor of 3 percent of its annual turnover as a Chairman Bonus.

The Chairman Bonus is again divided into 3 levels and each level has its own conditions.

1. First is that the manager must be an active recognized manager in Forever Living Products Company and must have active qualifications i.e. 1 + 3 CC.
2. The second is that in order to receive the Chairman Bonus, an actively recognized manager must qualify for the Leadership Bonus each month.
3. Third and Final is that in addition to being an actively recognized manager, in order to receive the chairman bonus, he must use 75 percent of the FLP product. It is also mandatory to work according to the conditions to get the chairman bonus.

Tour Plan of FLP is the 4th type of income of the company. It is mandatory to be at the manager level in an FLP company to get this income. Under the Tour Plan, FLP offers twice a year of international tours and domestic tours to all qualified managers.

To get the benefit of the tour plan, you have to meet certain conditions of a qualified manager. 

The FLP follows two types of plans and the terms are determined based on them.

1. Manager Retreat

 A director has to pay 200 cc, 300 cc, or 400 cc turnover to the company within the stipulated annual period. Once completed, the qualified manager is offered an international tour according to the Manager Retreat program.

2. Worldwide assembly

This is another tour plan and to achieve this, the FBO has to meet the target set by the company within 1 year.

10. Special Promotion

What is CC and How it is used?

CC stands for Case Credit. The name itself suggests that it is the unit of the Forever Living product. 1 CC in FLP is about 15000 rupees. Each FLP product contains a specific CC, which is used to calculate the payout of Forever Distributor.
